I have the right to refuse any commission request, and won't state the reasoning if I am feeling uncomfortable.

Payment is due before the commission is started, if the payment isn't completed your commission will be put on hold until the payment is done. If more than 3 weeks have gone by the commission will be canceled.

Payment is done through PayPal.

If I am not experienced with the certain object or background you desire I will let you know and will ask for a reference if possible.

If I find out you are a shady person after the commission is done (improper behavior, or rude towards me) I have the right to block you and not accept future commissions.

On the other side if I find out about anything shady before being done I will provide you a refund and cancel the commission.

I own the right of using the commission work in non-lucrative ways, such as: promoting myself or showing them as examples to future clients.

Clients / Commissioners / Consumers do not own the right to sell or mint the finished commission or any of my work as NFTs or any other lucrative way.

You may NOT utilize my art to feed it to an AI or modify it with AI tools, you will be blacklisted.

Read this and the Commissions Info Carrd before adding me on discord.

If you order anything except a custom design, I need some type of unshaded, non compressed reference picture. If you cannot provide this it's likely I will not accept the commission.

If you by any chance change your username- let me know! if you change it without my knowing and I am unable to find you, I will put your order on hold until either you contact me.

Only 60% of the payment will be refunded, but this can be worked out if truly needed (and depending on the commission type).

There is always the possibility to work something out instead of giving up the whole thing at once. I am available most of the time to answer DMs or emails in regards to questions, concerns, or just inquiries on completion time.

I also don't provide refunds if the linework has been already completed.
